It is a new die casting company focusing on the design, development and die-casting of zinc alloy mould, and the development and die-casting of precision small parts mould for high-speed die-casting of zinc alloy with multi sliding blocks and four sides.

Wire cutting process

Immersion processing shall be adopted, and the thimble and hole shall be matched in a loose and smooth manner, with the precision of+0/-0.005 and+0/+0.003MM.

Die steel material

YXM1 imported from Japan is used for heat treatment, reaching 60~62 degrees (generally SKD61 or 8407, 50~54 degrees)

Discharge standard

The standard is Sadik contrast card, which is generally 5.2 or semi mirror.

Mould design

The mold design can form holes, reduce the post processing process, and adopt the latest technology to minimize the mold line of the product and make the product look beautiful.

Electrode processing

The electrode adopts the company's unique professional fixture processing technology, and the CNC to the spark machine reduces the clamping error to achieve more accuracy.
