• Servo drilling/tapping equipment

The tapping equipment of our company can be processed according to customer's sample requirements, and multi axis/vertical/lateral tapping is adopted; Servo tapping is conducive to adjusting the pitch and depth. In addition, this equipment can be used for drilling/tapping/stranding and has great flexibility.

• Linear slide servo drilling/tapping equipment

The linear movement mode is adopted, which can synchronously process the holes with different heights on the left and right sides. The operation is flexible, and it can reduce the multiple operations derived from insufficient hole spacing.

• CNC milling machine

The 3-axis servo operation milling machine is adopted, which has the reputation of short stroke and fast speed. The equipped 5-bit cutter head can be flexibly replaced, which can meet the customer's requirements that the finished products cannot be molded in the mold. It can be completed effectively and quickly in the manufacturing process, without outsourcing the semi-finished products.

• CNC lathe

Yonghe 25 type chucks are used, which can be used for the appearance processing of rough embryos. Whether it is the inner hole groove/screw thread, the outer diameter groove/screw thread, etc., can meet the customer's needs that the finished products cannot be molded in the mold.

• Sandblasting

Drum type sand blasting equipment, adjustable speed can reduce product collision during processing, and the surface is uniform.
